Aria Vermentino 2019. Surprise yourself and always surprise! An atypical or typical Vermentino? it will depend on your culture. Color: straw yellow, with coppery shades. Bouquet: intense yellow fruit (apple pulp in great evidence, hints of wild pear, Vermentino grape skin in the overripe phase) floral (broom, cistus in flower) balsamic (stem of dried wild fennel, sage) persistent. Taste: intense, frank (the yellow apple and Vermentino grape skin is confirmed in the mouth), fresh, after 10 seconds its beautiful fresh note begins to create salivation and therefore the persistence begins to be less evident. The sapidity makes the mind retrace the memories of previous vintages, memories of a land particularly rich in minerals, the limestone soil, clayey and marl background are expressive in this pleasant wine with a great character.
