Its strong point is already perceived in the sense of smell represented by an extraordinary bouquet, varied and characterized by freshness with citrus, exotic fruit, herbaceous, peppery and spicy notes with an additional balsamic touch reminiscent of the shrubs of the Mediterranean scrub .

On the palate it keeps its promises with the fruity part that contrasts well with the impressive aftertaste, decidedly bitter but dry and endowed with great finesse and balance.
