Sardinian honey from Asphodel is obtained in April,

Color : light or very light golden yellow, crystallized tending towards white with mother-of-pearl reflections.

Perfumes: characteristic, can recall the scent of toffee.

Flavour: moderately sweet, it has a subtle and intense aroma, but also light, reminiscent of the scent of flowers.

Characteristics : tends to crystallize rapidly forming fine and compact crystals. Pairings: excellent for docifying banana, strawberry and orange juice salad, sushi-based dishes, green tea.
