Vinification and maturation: The late harvest, combined with a very hot and dry year, made it possible to harvest overripe grapes, from which a unique Vermentino is obtained.
The cold fermentation in thermo-regulated steel combined with the batonnage technique of the noble lees for over a month, has allowed the extraction of unique perfumes and aromas, giving structure and volume.
Aging in steel for 11 months, then about 10 months in bottle before release
